A: Tacalle is built around a vintage taco truck at the center of the courtyard, framed by colorful flags, twinkling bistro lights, original mural artwork, and communal picnic-style seating — designed to feel like a hidden escape rather than a typical event room.
Q: Is Tacalle open year-round for private events?
A: Tacalle is a seasonal, open-air venue, so our private event calendar generally runs spring through fall, weather permitting. For events outside that window, our team can move your celebration indoors to Harta, Bar Harta or Bar Cima - our sister venues within the same Grayson Hotel property.
Q: What are the private event space options at Tacalle?
A: Tacalle offers two private booking formats within the taco garden courtyard:
- Semi-Private — 15 to 50 guests, standing or seated
- Full Buyout — 15 to 125 guests, standing or seated

Q: Can we bring in our own decorations, flowers, or branding displays?
A: Absolutely. We welcome personalized touches such as floral arrangements, custom tabletop decor, signage, and corporate branding displays. To ensure a seamless setup, we ask that all decor plans be reviewed and approved with your event manager in advance.
Q: Do you offer AV support for presentations for corporate events?
A: Tacalle offers in-house A/V capabilities. Commercial high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue, and audiovisual equipment can be arranged to support your event. Please speak with your Event Coordinator about available A/V options.
Q: Do you allow outside catering?
To maintain our culinary standards and food safety protocols, all food and beverage must be provided directly by our culinary team. The only exception is custom specialty cakes or desserts.
